Subject: Prayer for permission to go on a study tour

Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class X of your school. The students of our class are very interested to go on a study tour. We think that it will be a valuable source of practical knowledge and refreshing experience for us.

We have decided to visit Mahasthangarh and the nearby historical places of Bogura. We plan to leave the school early in the morning on a Friday and return in the evening of the same day. Our class teacher and two other teachers have kindly agreed to accompany us, and each student will bear a small share of the expenses.

Under the circumstances, I would request you to grant us permission to go on the study tour and to arrange a bus for the day. We shall maintain discipline and follow all the instructions of the teachers.

Yours obediently,
Tahmid
