Subject: Prayer for permission to arrange a tree plantation programme

Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class ten of your school. I am very interested in planting trees. Our school campus has a lot of vacant space, but it does not look green enough. So, we want to make our campus a "Green Campus, Dream Campus" through a tree plantation programme.

Trees give us oxygen, shade, fruits and flowers, and they keep the environment clean and cool. If we plant trees in the vacant spaces, the campus will become beautiful and pleasant, and the students will learn to love nature. My classmates and I will collect saplings and take care of them regularly. We will water them and protect them from cattle.

I, therefore, request you to kindly allow us to arrange the tree plantation programme on our campus and to be present as the chief guest.

Yours obediently,
Abid/Abida
