Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am Jim, a student of class Ten of your school. We are very much interested in going on a study tour, and all my classmates are eager to join it.

A study tour gives us practical knowledge that we cannot gain from books alone. By visiting historical places and natural sights, we can learn about our history, culture and heritage. It also develops friendship, discipline and a sense of cooperation among the students. We want to visit the historical places of Bagerhat, such as the Sixty Domed Mosque, and the Sundarbans, for two days. We shall go under the supervision of our teachers and shall follow all the rules strictly.

Therefore, I earnestly pray that you would kindly grant us permission to go on the study tour and oblige thereby.
