(g) Everybody knows the consequence of Tsunami.

(i) Bangladesh is not outside the active earthquake zone.
(j) No other city in the earthquake zone is so risky as Dhaka.

Rules: For interrogative, put "is" before the subject. In the passive, the object becomes the subject: "are visited by". A superlative changes to a comparative with "more... than most other". "Who does not" (negative question) becomes an assertive with "Everybody knows".
