Subject: Application for setting up a computer club in the school

Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class X of your school. Our school is a reputed one, but we do not have a computer club. Computer knowledge is very necessary in the modern age.

A computer club will help us learn programming, graphic design and the use of the internet. Students who are interested in computers can practise there after class and take part in competitions. It will also make us skilled for higher studies and future careers. We can use the existing computer lab for the club with the help of our computer teacher.

I therefore request you to kindly allow us to set up a computer club in our school as soon as possible. I assure you that we shall maintain discipline and take good care of the equipment.
