Subject: Prayer for a testimonial

Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am Tanveer, a student of your school. I have recently passed the SSC examination from this school in the Science group with GPA 5.00. Now I want to get myself admitted into a college for higher studies. For admission, I need a testimonial from the school authority, which will certify my character, conduct and academic record.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue a testimonial in my favour at your earliest convenience. I shall remain ever grateful to you for this kindness.

Yours obediently,
Tanveer
