Completed text: Bangladesh is blessed with many seasons. Winter is one of them. It is the coldest of all seasons. It is usually rainless. Though ours is a small country, the coldness of winter is not equally felt in all regions. In some regions, especially in the northern districts, people experience biting cold in winter. Nature looks dull and gloomy. During night and morning, the whole of nature remains covered with fog and mist. Then the poor suffer greatly for want of warm clothes. Again in some hilly areas there is severity of cold whereas in the vast southern areas people experience less cold.

Rules: cold + -est (superlative after "the"); rain + -less (adjective, "without rain"); cold + -ness (noun after "the"); equal + -ly (adverb); special + -ly = especially (adverb); north + -ern (adjective); bite + -ing (adjective before "cold"); gloom + -y (adjective after "and"); cover + -ed (past participle); great + -ly (adverb); hill + -y (adjective); severe + -ity = severity (noun after "is"); where + -as = whereas (conjunction of contrast); south + -ern (adjective).
