Dialogue on the Importance of Reading Newspaper

Nadim: Hello, Fahim. What are you doing?
Fahim: Hi, Nadim. I am just watching videos on my phone.
Nadim: Do you read the newspaper every day?
Fahim: No, I don't. I think it is a waste of time.
Nadim: I don't agree. Reading a newspaper is very important.
Fahim: Why do you think so?
Nadim: A newspaper informs us about the latest news of our country and the world. We also learn about politics, sports, business, science and culture from it.
Fahim: Is there anything useful for students?
Nadim: Yes. There are articles, editorials and exam-related supplements. It improves our vocabulary and writing skill, and makes us aware of social problems.
Fahim: That sounds helpful. I never thought of it that way.
Nadim: So, spend just twenty minutes on it every day.
Fahim: All right. I will start from tomorrow. Thank you.
Nadim: You are welcome.
