Question

Accepted Answer

খ. adjective phrase

ব্যাখ্যা: 'The girl in green' বাক্যে 'in green' prepositional phrase গঠনের দিক থেকে। কিন্তু কাজের দিক থেকে (functionally) এটি 'girl' noun-কে বর্ণনা করছে, তাই এটি adjective phrase হিসেবে কাজ করছে। প্রশ্নে functionally বলায় উত্তর adjective phrase।

**শর্টকাট:** Structure জানতে চাইলে prepositional phrase; function জানতে চাইলে noun-কে বর্ণনা করলে adjective phrase।

**একই ধরনের প্রশ্ন:**
১. 'The book on the table is mine.' এখানে 'on the table' functionally কী?
