a. Humans can neither change the sun's radiation nor the earth's orbit around the sun because both are natural, astronomical processes that lie completely beyond human control. They depend on the sun's own activity and on the gravitational laws of the solar system.

b. Human beings are responsible for the increase in greenhouse gases mainly through their daily activities. We burn fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas in power plants, factories and vehicles, and this releases a huge amount of carbon dioxide into the air. We also cut down forests, which would otherwise absorb carbon dioxide. Besides, farming, cattle rearing and the dumping of waste produce gases like methane, and the use of certain chemicals adds more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere.

c. I think the main cause of the increase in the carbon dioxide level in the atmosphere is the burning of fossil fuels for energy, transport and industry, along with large-scale deforestation. Together they add more carbon dioxide and reduce the number of trees that absorb it.

d. Enormous areas of forests are destroyed every year because people need land for farming, housing and industries, and they need timber and fuelwood. As the population grows, the demand for these things also grows. People clear forests to make room for crops, roads and towns, and many cut trees illegally for profit. As a result, forests are shrinking fast and the environment is suffering.
