With due respect, I beg to state that I am Sadik, a student of class Ten (Section 'A') of your school. Recently my father has been transferred to Dhaka, and my family has to move there. As I do not want to change my school at this crucial stage of my academic life, I wish to continue my study in this school.

My examination is very close, and I do not want to disturb my preparation by changing the institution. If I get a seat in the school hostel, I will be able to carry on my study without any interruption. I will also follow all the rules and regulations of the hostel strictly.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to allot me a seat in the school hostel so that I can continue my study here. I shall remain ever grateful to you for your kind consideration.
