(2.1) Cyber crime is any illegal activity committed with the help of computers, networks or the internet. It includes hacking, online fraud, identity theft, phishing, spreading viruses and cyber bullying. It can target individuals, businesses or governments and causes financial loss and mental harm. In Bangladesh it is dealt with under the Digital Security Act and later cyber laws, and users can protect themselves with strong passwords and caution online.

(2.2) A sonnet is a fourteen-line poem, usually written in iambic pentameter with a fixed rhyme scheme. The Petrarchan (Italian) sonnet has an octave (abba abba) and a sestet (cde cde or cdc dcd), while the Shakespearean (English) sonnet has three quatrains and a final couplet (abab cdcd efef gg). A sonnet normally develops a single thought or feeling and often ends with a turn or conclusion. Shakespeare, Milton and Wordsworth wrote famous sonnets.

(2.3) International Mother Language Day is observed every year on 21 February. UNESCO proclaimed it in November 1999, at the proposal of Bangladesh, to honour the martyrs of the 1952 Language Movement who gave their lives for Bangla in Dhaka. It has been observed worldwide since 2000. The day aims to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and to protect all mother languages.

(2.4) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the commitment of a business to act ethically and contribute to the welfare of society beyond making profit. It includes protecting the environment, treating employees fairly, supporting education and health, and giving to the community. CSR improves a company's reputation and builds trust with customers and the public.

(2.5) Online shopping is the process of buying goods and services through the internet using a website or mobile app. The customer selects products, pays by card, mobile banking or cash on delivery, and receives the items at home. It saves time and offers wide choice and easy price comparison, although there are risks such as fraud, late delivery and poor-quality products.
