Subject: Prayer for permission to arrange a tree plantation programme

Sir,

With due respect, we, the students of your school, beg to state that we want to arrange a tree plantation programme in our school. On behalf of all students, I am writing this application.

Trees are very important for us. They give us oxygen, fruits, shade and timber, and they save us from floods and storms. But the number of trees is decreasing day by day because of the careless cutting of trees. Our school campus has a lot of vacant space, where we can plant trees. It will make the campus green and beautiful and will also teach us the importance of trees.

We have planned to hold the programme on 5 November 2026 and the students will bring the saplings by themselves. We will take care of the plants regularly.

We, therefore, pray that you would kindly permit us to arrange the programme and oblige thereby.
