Subject: Prayer for increasing common room facilities

Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I, Labib, a student of class ten of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to the poor facilities of our common room. Our school has a beautiful common room, but it lacks modern facilities. At present, there are only a few old chairs and tables. The room has no sufficient fans, light or newspapers and magazines, and there are no indoor games like carrom board and chess. We also need a television, a water filter and a good sound system. As a result, students cannot make good use of the room during their free time.

If these things are provided, the common room will become a pleasant place for relaxation and learning, and it will help to build the students' healthy mind.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly take necessary steps to improve the facilities of the common room.
