He insisted ____ there.

Question

Accepted Answer

ক. on my going

ব্যাখ্যা: Insist-এর সাথে preposition on বসে এবং এরপর gerund (V-ing) আসে। কাউকে যেতে জোর করা বোঝাতে possessive + gerund: insisted on my going there। Insist to go বা insist over going অশুদ্ধ গঠন।

**মনে রাখার কৌশল:** Insist on + V-ing; Depend on, rely on, persist in -- preposition-এর পর V-ing।

**একই ধরনের প্রশ্ন:**
১. She insisted ___ paying the bill.
