I'd better go now. I promised —— late.

Question

Accepted Answer

ঘ. wouldn't be

অপশনের মধ্যে 'wouldn't be' বসালে 'I promised (that) I wouldn't be late' হয়, যা শুদ্ধ। 'Not being' ও 'Not to being' গঠনগতভাবে ভুল, আর 'to not be' অপ্রচলিত।

১. She promised she ____ tell anyone.
*উত্তর:* wouldn't
