Subject: Prayer for setting up a smart sound system in the classroom.

Sir,

We, the students of Class XII of your reputed college, beg most respectfully to draw your kind attention to a pressing academic need. Our college is renowned for its excellent academic atmosphere and quality education. However, we are facing serious difficulties during lectures due to the absence of a proper audio setup in our large classroom.

Our classroom accommodates more than one hundred students. As the room is spacious and often subjected to outside noise, the voice of the respected teachers becomes indistinct and barely audible to the students sitting on the middle and back benches. Consequently, many students fail to grasp the lessons completely and miss out on crucial instructions. Moreover, it puts an immense physical strain on the teachers who have to speak at the top of their lungs for continuous periods. In this digital era, interactive multimedia presentations and listening comprehension tasks also require clear sound output. Installing a smart sound system with quality wireless microphones and speakers would solve this problem effectively and make the teaching-learning process far more engaging and productive.

We, therefore, fervently pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a smart sound system in our classroom at the earliest and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently,
The students of Class XII
