Subject: Prayer for permission to use the college ground for a science fair.

Sir,

We, the students of your reputed college, beg most respectfully to state that the Science Club of our college, in collaboration with students from several neighbouring colleges, intends to organize a three-day Inter-College Science Fair. The main objective of this event is to encourage scientific curiosity, promote innovative thinking, and foster healthy academic cooperation among the youth of our region.

To accommodate the project displays, science stalls, and visitors comfortably, our college playground is the most suitable venue. We have already prepared a detailed outline and formed dedicated volunteer committees to ensure complete discipline, safety, and cleanliness throughout the event.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant us permission to use the college ground for the event and support our scientific endeavour.

Yours obediently,

Tanvir Ahmed
General Secretary, Science Club
On behalf of the students of Cumilla Government College
