Subject: Complaint about the loss of my goods during train journey

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I lost my goods while travelling from Sylhet to Dhaka by Parabat Express yesterday. I was in seat no. 24, coach "Kha". I had a black suitcase and a travel bag with my clothes, books and some important documents. When I was asleep at night, some unknown person took my bag from beside me. I informed the guard and the nearest railway police about it, but no step has been taken so far.

I am very worried because the documents are very important to me. I, therefore, request you to take necessary steps to find my goods and to ensure the safety of passengers' belongings in the train in future.
