The Principal
'X' College, Chattogram

Subject: Application for setting up multimedia classrooms.

Sir,

We, the students of your reputed college, beg most respectfully to state that ours is one of the most prominent colleges in the district. Although our college is well-equipped with many modern facilities, we are still deprived of multimedia classrooms. In this modern era of information technology, multimedia classrooms play a pivotal role in making teaching and learning interactive, interesting, and effective. Complex concepts can easily be understood through audio-visual presentations. The absence of such classrooms hampers our academic progress and modern learning.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up multimedia classrooms in our college at an early date and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently,
The students of 'X' College
