Subject: Prayer for opening a language club

Sir,

With due respect, I, Samin, a student of class ten of your school, beg to state that most of us are weak in English and cannot speak it fluently. We feel that a language club can help us to overcome this problem. In this club we can practise speaking, reading and writing in Bangla and English through debates, recitations, storytelling, spelling bees and writing competitions. Our English teachers have also shown interest to help us.

If you kindly allow us to open a language club in our school, we promise to maintain discipline and hold the activities after the school hours. It will certainly improve our language skills and help us to do better in examinations.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant permission to open a language club and provide a room for it.
