The Principal,
Barishal Government College,
Barishal.

Subject: Application for providing multimedia facilities in the classroom.

Sir,
We, the students of your reputed college, beg to state that ours is one of the most prominent educational institutions in the region, known for its academic excellence. However, it is a matter of great regret that our classrooms are still lacking modern multimedia facilities.

In the present era of science and information technology, digital education has become indispensable. Multimedia-equipped classrooms facilitate dynamic learning through visual aids, interactive presentations, and informative video clips. Difficult topics in subjects like Science, Geography, and English can be understood much more clearly and effectively through digital content. The absence of these modern tools deprives us of the benefits of an interactive and modern learning environment.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up multimedia facilities in our classrooms as soon as possible and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently,
The students of Barishal Government College
