The Season You Like Most

Introduction
Bangladesh is a land of six seasons: summer, rainy season, autumn, late autumn, winter and spring. Each season has its own charm, but I like spring most. It is called the king of seasons.

Time and Nature
Spring comes after winter and lasts for the months of Falgun and Chaitra (mid-February to mid-April). The weather is neither too hot nor too cold, but pleasant and mild. A soft, cool breeze blows from the south.

Beauty of Spring
In spring the whole nature wakes up in a new form. The trees shed their old leaves and put on new green ones. Flowers such as shimsul, palash, krishnachura and bakul bloom everywhere. The air is full of their sweet smell. The cuckoo sings sweetly in the mango groves and the bees hum around flowers.

Festivals
Pohela Falgun, the first day of spring, is celebrated with yellow and colourful dresses. People greet each other with flowers. The Ekushey Book Fair also takes place in this season.

Why I Like It
I like spring because it is neither hot nor cold. It fills my heart with joy and hope, and I can enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest.

Conclusion
Spring brings new life to the earth. It is the most beautiful season of the year, and so I like it most.
