The Principal
Chattogram College, Chattogram

Subject: Application for admission on TC.

Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I was a student of Class XI (Science Group) at Dhaka College, Dhaka. Recently, my father, who is a government employee, has been transferred from Dhaka to Chattogram. Consequently, our entire family has shifted here. As a result, it is not possible for me to continue my studies in Dhaka. I have already obtained my Transfer Certificate (TC) from my previous institution.

Under these circumstances, I would like to seek admission into Class XI in the Science Group at your esteemed college.

May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me admission on TC to your prestigious college and enable me to continue my studies smoothly.

Yours faithfully,

Md. Rafiqul Islam
