Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am Arif, a student of class ten of your school. Recently, my father, who is a government official, has been transferred from Dhaka to Cumilla. As a result, our whole family has to shift to Cumilla within this month. So, it will not be possible for me to continue my studies in this school any longer. I want to get myself admitted into a school in Cumilla.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a transfer certificate so that I can get admission into a new school there. I shall remain ever grateful to you for this kindness.
