Nabil: Hello, Nabeen. How are you?
Nabeen: I am fine, Nabil. I have just come back from the playground.
Nabil: That's good. You and I both love games and sports. Do you know why they are important in our life?
Nabeen: I think they give us pleasure. What else?
Nabil: They keep our body healthy and strong. Playing regularly improves blood circulation and prevents diseases.
Nabeen: True. And I feel fresh in my mind after a game.
Nabil: Yes. Games reduce stress and make our mind active, so we can study better. They also teach us discipline, teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship.
Nabeen: Many players also earn name and fame for the country.
Nabil: Exactly. Our cricket and football players are examples. So we should spend some time on games every day along with our studies.
Nabeen: I agree with you. Let's play together this afternoon.
