Weren't you told about the new policies of resigning?

Question

Accepted Answer

গ. Didn't anyone tell you about the new policies of resigning?

ব্যাখ্যা: বাক্যটি Passive (Past Indefinite, প্রশ্নবোধক নেতিবাচক): "Weren't you told...?"। Active করতে কর্তা না থাকলে অনির্দিষ্ট কর্তা "anyone" বসে, কর্ম হয় "you" এবং Past Indefinite এর Active রূপ হয় "Didn't + কর্তা + V1"। তাই "Didn't anyone tell you about the new policies of resigning?"। Hadn't (Past Perfect) ও was telling (Continuous) tense মেলে না।

**শর্টকাট:** Passive এ "was/were + V3" হলে Active এ Past Indefinite (V2) বা "did + V1"; অপশনে Perfect/Continuous থাকলে বাদ।

**মনে রাখার কৌশল:** Tense একই থাকে: was told → told (did tell)।

**একই ধরনের প্রশ্ন:**
১. Weren't you invited by them? এর Active কী?
*উত্তর:* Didn't they invite you?
