To
The Principal,
Sylhet Govt. College, Sylhet.

Subject: Application for providing a sound system in large classrooms.

Sir,
We, the students of your college, have the honour to state that our classrooms are usually overcrowded due to the large number of students. As a result, the students sitting on the back benches cannot hear the lectures delivered by the respected teachers clearly. Consequently, many students lose their attention and fail to grasp the core concepts of the lessons.

Under these circumstances, setting up a proper sound system with wireless microphones in the large classrooms has become an urgent necessity to ensure an effective learning environment for everyone.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to install sound systems in the large classrooms as soon as possible and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently,
The students of Sylhet Govt. College
