Subject: Complaint about irregular delivery of letters

Sir,

With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention to the irregular delivery of letters in our area. For the last few months, the postman does not come regularly, and letters are delivered after many days, sometimes after weeks. Last month, I received an important letter of my brother, which was sent to me from Dhaka about two weeks before. A good number of students in our area missed admission and job interview notices because of this delay. Many old people also do not receive their pension letters in time.

The people of our area are suffering a lot, and the trust in the postal service is being lost. This problem may be due to a shortage of postmen or poor supervision.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take quick steps so that letters are delivered regularly.
