Subject: Complaint about damaged books and printing mistakes

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the books on general knowledge that I recently bought from your company. I hope you will look into the matter and take proper steps.

Last week, I bought five books on general knowledge from a bookshop in New Market, Dhaka, published by your company. When I opened the books at home, I was very upset to find that they were in a poor condition. Some of the books have torn and loose pages, and a number of pages are missing. In addition, there are many printing mistakes in them, such as spelling errors, wrong dates and blurred lines. As a result, I cannot use the books for my study, and my money has been wasted.

I am sending the books along with the cash memo with this letter. I request you to replace the damaged books with new and error-free copies as soon as possible. I also request you to take extra care of the quality of printing in the future. Otherwise, I shall be forced to take legal action.

I hope that you will take the matter seriously and do the needful at once.
